How do you remove instrumental from a sound file in Audacity and Why can't I turn my instrumentals into a MP3?

I'm trying to get Liechtenstein's voice only from a Hetalia MKC and I can only seem to get her instrumentals. But I need her voice and not the background music. I use Audacity but if someone can't remove instrumentals from the song, then does anyone else have a program to do it?

A: You can't remove the instruments and keep the vocal without the original multi-track studio recording..

Vocals or instruments cannot be isolated (soloed) from a stereo track with any program.

Other solution - Google for an acapella version.

B: you need the Lame codec to save your tracks in mp3 format.
