How can i export a file from audacity as a mp3 file?

I am trying to become a rapper and i use a software called audacity to record but i can't export a file as mp3 and when i export it as a WAV file i can't post it on facebook or youtube. Can someone please explain to me how you can export it as a mp3 or convert it somehow?How can i export a file from audacity as a mp3 file?

The website is a bit annoying as you have to go through three pages of information to get to the download page. Some anti-virus programs give the installer a false positive but it really is a safe file.
OK - let's get this straight - you don't need the Lame codec to play mp3 files on Audacity - only to export to mp3.
You don't need a separate encoder.
Download Lame from here;

Unzip and copy the lame_enc.dll into Audacity's main folder.
The first time you export a file to mp3 Audacity will ask for this file.
Browse to it's location, highlight it, click OK and then the file can be saved as an mp3.
This only needs to be done once.

WELL , THATS TRICKY BUT ALL YOU NEED TO DO ID RECORD YOUR RAP OR IMPORT YOUR SOUND AND RAP AND THEN HEAD ON UP TO FILE AND THE EXPORT AND EXPORT AS MP3 ..

You need to download the LAME MP3 exporter. I'm not calling it lame, it's really called LAME. Audacity actually recommends this on their webpage.
