I'm on a really old laptop and I'm able to run Audacity.
But it takes a lot of adjusting and screwing around to get it to work properly, especially if you're on Vista. i'm not getting into any of that, but let me just tell you that audacity works on all laptops (except the ancient ones with Windows 3.0 on them hur hur hurWhere can I download a version of audacity for laptops?
Audacity is downloaded for a particular Operating System. 1.3.10 is the latest beta version for Win XP/Vista/7. Get it here http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ Mine works fine on my Win XP machine.
