When I was messing around in Audacity the other day, I was mesmerized by the effects I could put on an MP3. But there was one problem: I could only apply the effect to either the left or right stereo channel, or both. I couldn't apply the effect to just the guitar or just the bass. Is it possible to do this in Audacity, or do I need a much more powerful audio editor?Is there a way I can apply effects to a certain instrument in an MP3 file using Audacity?
