How do I convert something on Audacity to an mp3?

I just recorded a song on audacity but I need to convert it to an mp3 to be able to play it on other stuff, anyone help? How do I convert something on Audacity to an mp3?
export as mp3 here: http://dancing-puppets.blogspot.com/
You need to download LAME, which is an MP3 Encoder from this address:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/lame/fil鈥?/a> (Select "Download Now")

Open using a program like WinZip. Once installed, open Audacity and go to File %26gt; Export as MP3. Now it will ask you to find the file "lame_enc.dll. Do so by looking in the file where you installed LAME. Once you do this you will be able to export files as MP3. Audacity is an Open Source Project which means it doesn't always come complete and you have to do some things like this.

Hope this helps! How do I convert something on Audacity to an mp3?
