In Audacity, how do you make Alvin and the Chipmunk voices WITHOUT adjusting the original beat of the song?

I know how to make Alvin and the Chipmunk voices but I can't find out how to do so without changing the beat. When I adjust it, the beat in the background sounds high just like their voices and I want that to stay the same as the original. For example, listen to Low by Flo Rida and you can easily distinguish the beat between the song. Please if anyone knows how to do this on Audacity, please tell me. It would be much appreciated. Thanks. In Audacity, how do you make Alvin and the Chipmunk voices WITHOUT adjusting the original beat of the song?
That isn`t possible with that program.

It`s not possible to make the voices without changing the beat.

You raise the pitch

Then, adjust it as much as you want/need.In Audacity, how do you make Alvin and the Chipmunk voices WITHOUT adjusting the original beat of the song?
You'd have to have the vocals and the instrumentals on different tracks. The chipmunks voices are done by the singers singing the song slowly and then they speed it up to make their voices high. They don't use a pitch change. You could do a pitch change and it would probably work but that will change the pitch of everything else too unless they are on separate tracks.
