The tracks need to be exported via the file menu to mp3 format.

Audacity needs Lame to be installed to do this.

Follow the instructions on the home site's Help / FAQ for how to install.

The mp3 format is not recognized by older CD players only by more current models.

If you have access to or can borrow an mp3 CD to check before you burn a disk it might save you a coaster if mp3s don't work.

You will need to export and save to wav format if mp3 does not work.

You will be limited to about 18 - 20 tracks depending on song length.

Burn at a maximum of 24x to reduce the chance of errors during the burn process.

If you don't have a burning program try one of these. Both free.
