How do i record using Audacity music recorder thingy?

i got the 1.2.6 version of Audacity and i want to be able to record sounds on the computer on it like e.g you know bands have music players of there music on there myspace , how do i record the music from myspace or basically any music heard over the computer onto Audacity and save it into an mp3 file?
