How can I save something from Audacity to iTunes?

I recorded something on Audacity, and I need to put it as a soundtrack in iMovie, so I wanted to save it in iTunes, how can I do that?

Select the audio you want, go to file, export selection as wav; or export the entire song. Name the file, put it on your desktop. Then open iTunes, and drag the file into your library. A copy will be made in your iTunes folder, you can throw away the copy on your desktop. click on file there will either be a button that says export as .mp3 or just export. if it just says export it will try to export as .wav so under the name there will be a bar that will say save file as ___ set it to .mp3 and export it. you will have to download lame_enc.dll if you haven't already though
