How do you import music from audacity too windows movie maker?

I made a cool track on Audacity to put with a video to go onto youtube but it says that I cant import the adacity file to windows movie maker the file isn't supported. But it said you can install something that will allow you to import it. how can i do this?How do you import music from audacity too windows movie maker?
You need Lame to save as an mp3 file.

If you saved your track as an Audacity project file just open it and export and save as an mp3 file via the file menu after installation of Lame.How do you import music from audacity too windows movie maker?
