Every time I try to import an audio file on to Audacity, it says . for example "Bubbly is a Windows Media Audio File. Audacity cannot open this type of file due to patent restrictions. You need to convert it to a supported audio format." Why won't this work? I downloaded the standard version for Windows. Can any one please help with this? PLEASE? Thank-you!|||Audacity can't do WMA files.
You'll have to find a converter somewhere on the Internet, and convert your WMA files to mp3 or some other format that can be used with Audacity.
