How do I make Audacity record what I hear through my headphones, not my microphone?

I'm on my laptop trying to use Audacity to try and record a song off of MySpace. I want to record the song on Audacity to transfer it into my iPod but it doesn't hear what i listen to when i play the song, only what it hears through the microphone.|||In Audacity's settings there should be a panel for changing the source of the sound. If your sound card supports it you can set the source to "line out" and that should do what you want. Not all sound cards allow it though.





That's ok though because pulling music off myspace is illegal anyway.
